Create an application from a template

Choose a built-in application or stack, review its services, configure it, and deploy it to a compatible server.

Open Add application in a project and choose Template. Select a template to review its services. Built-in choices currently include PostgreSQL, MySQL, Umami Analytics, n8n, Hermes Agent, PocketBase, WAHA, and Uptime Kuma. Templates are code-backed and the available list can change.

Some templates create one application; Umami and n8n create a web application together with a database worker. The wizard configures each service in the selected template. Service names and supplied image references can be reviewed or edited; service types are fixed by the template.

Configure the template

For each service, review its name and image. The configuration steps allow a command override and, under Advanced configuration, environment variables and volumes. Web services also have a domain step with a container port and optional domains. The wizard moves through every service before server selection.

Choose a server that meets the needs of every service in the template. It must be online with Podman running; if any service is a web application, the Caddy proxy must be running too. If no server is listed, return to server setup.

Choose Create and deploy to create the services and queue deployments. Credentials generated by templates such as the database passwords and application secrets are coordinated for that template's services. Check the service settings before exposing an application, and configure a domain only for web services. See Configure a domain.
